Description
ROZELIEURES Parcellaire BLANCHES TERRES Whisky
This French single malt whisky is made from winter barley. The barley for this whisky was grown in the "Blanche Terre" parcel, named so because the soil is composed of silt. This whisky from the Rozelieures distillery was distilled twice in April 2019 and aged in Cognac and Bourbon casks. This non-peated single malt offers lovely notes of fruits and flowers.
Rozelieures has the unique distinction of growing its barley on a 300-hectare farm, where they have also set up a malting facility. Distillation and aging are done on-site, ensuring complete control over the entire process.
