Madère rum Engenhos do Norte distilled on June 18th 2006 and bottled on the october 11th 2021 Full Proof. An IGP Agricole rum Madeira 15 years old. from the 58th barrel, 261 bottles were produced
The nose of this amazing independant rum brings notes of dried fruits, almonds, and spices including muscade but also notes of citrus and candied fruits
In mouth, citrus, red fruits, cinamon and salty/ iodized are proposed. the finish confirms marine and critus notes
Madère Island is totally legitimate regarding rum production. Indeed, the firsts traces of rum production on the Island are from the 15th century. We can see the first distilleries appear 16th century.
