Guillaume Ferroni is a successful bartender in Marseille. Like any barman of his level, he is constantly looking for new alcohols, new flavors and new taste balances. This is why he started by creating his own liqueurs by infusing plants, flowers and roots in neutral alcohol. He recently installed a distillery in Marseille with two stills and also works very closely with the Warenghem distillery in Brittany. He started by aging rums in Marseille according to his inspiration. He thus reconnects with a traditional activity of 19th century Marseille. At that time Marseille was the great landing port for rum from all walks of life and many cellars housed slowly aging rum barrels. Guillaume Ferroni's signature on these bottles is the assurance of finding authentic, original products that are faithful to what they should be. A Ferroni Rye Whiskey is really marked by Rye and so much the better !!
