Inspired by the work of independent bottlers in Scotland, each selection of rum from Florent Beuchet must convey the characteristics of the regions from which they originate. The Compagnie des Indes bottles Single Cask Rums a bit like whiskeys and also produces its own blends. The desire for authenticity of Cie des Indes Rums gives you the assurance of tasting a rum without additives or coloring, without the addition of sugar. A bit like Signatory Vintage whiskeys, a label from Cie des Indes informs you about the country of origin, the distillery, the date of distillation and bottling as well as the cask number.
