The Heitz house produces wines from the 7 different grape varieties of Alsace. Each wine in the Heitz wine range bears the characteristics of the different grape varieties and terroirs; This is really what we like about this house.

Philippe Heitz's vines are traditionally plowed and carried out according to the principles of organic cultivation. The harvest is manual at optimum maturity.
The Bruderthal, which overlooks the Molshein region, allows the nearby region to benefit from the effects of a microclimate. The vines of the Heitz house are facing south-east. The vines are thus protected from the north wind. Bruderthal wines are always carried by a ripe and very elegant bouquet.
