Laurent Metge-Toppin has been at the head of Château de Hestrange since the early 2000s. The entire estate overlooks the Saône valley. This 9 ha vineyard is mainly planted in red with Gamay and Pinot Noir grape varieties.
Mr Metge Toppin is what we can call a flying wine maker, an oenologist who worked his way through many vineyards around the world who lived in London before settling in Blacé when he bought the Domaine de l'Hestrange.
