Henri Ramonteu from Domaine Cauhapé is the son of a Béarnais farmer

Henri Ramonteu has decided to break with family tradition, he embarks on viticulture and is the creator of the fabulous Cauhapé estate. Little by little he built up a world famous 44 hectare domain on the slopes of Bearn. This estate produces dry and soft Jurançons. Henri Ramonteu is considered to be the master of Gros Manseng and Petit Manseng, as his mellowness is of a perfect balance between freshness and sweetness.
