The Conti family runs Château la Tour des Gendres in Bergerac
arrived from his native Italy in the 1920s. The wine adventure started in 1984 when Luc Conti planted his first vines in Bergerac. Nowadays, the domain extends over 55 hectares, the management of the vineyard is certified organic. Luc Conti is the spearhead of these developments, he is very avant-garde and does not hesitate to try, test in order to innovate constantly. Luc Conti is truly a fascinating Master Winemaker when he explains to you how he follows the maturity of his vines, his method of obtaining an elegant woodiness in his wines. He limits the use of sulfur in his wines.
