The history of Château Simone dates back to the dawn of time.

It is the meeting of passionate winegrowers with an exceptional terroir.

Château Simone, AOC Palette, has a terroir located 4 kilometers from Aix en Provence on the northern slopes of the Montaiguet massif, in a circus sheltered from the winds and crossed by the Arc river. it takes full advantage of a fantastic microclimate.

Belonging to the Rougier family since 1830, Château Simone is today present on the most beautiful tables of French gastronomy and is one of the jewels of Provençal viticulture.

The Palette appellation is a micro appellation of the Côtes de Provence.
