Jean Vico, the founder of Domaine Vico in Corsica

The estate bears the name of its creator at the start of the 20th century in the person of Jean Vico. It was not until 1989 that the vineyard was taken over by the Venturi-Acquaviva family, which gave it its name and its current appearance. The vines of this Clos Venturi AOC Corse are located between 300 and 400 meters above sea level. This altitude allows the vines to take advantage of the coolness of the night to give wines full of liveliness despite the great heat that the vines know with the beautiful Corsican summers.The vineyard is located in the heart of Corsica at the foot of the needles of Popolasca at the confluence of the roads of Bastia L'Ile Rousse and Ajaccio.
