Yves Cuilleron of fine wines from the North Rhône

In 3 generations, the family of Yves Cuilleron has created a vineyard of 50 hectares of vines in the beautiful appellations of the northern part of the Côtes du Rhône. Saint-Joseph, Cornas, Côte Rôtie Condrieu and Saint Peray.

At the head of this vineyard since 1987, Yves Cuilleron wanted his wines to be marked by the specificities of their terroir. To do this, the emphasis is on plot selections and vinifications, separate vinifications between young vines and old vines. Harvests are done manually and a drastic sorting of the most beautiful bunches is carried out.

The red wines spend 18 months in barrels, renewed at 25% per year. The white wines spend 9 months with an annual renewal of the barrels of 25% per year as well.
