La Cave des Vignerons de Buxy are winegrowers of the Côte Chalonnaise
These winegrowers have decided to unite around a common project: to vinify, age and market their Burgundy wines together. An epic that began 90 years ago in 1931 following the effects of the great crisis of 1929. The Mailly champagne cellar dates from the same period.
In 2016, nearly 120 Burgundy winegrowers representing 1,100 hectares perpetuated the spirit of the founding fathers. Respect for the land and traditions while using the latest modern winemaking and aging techniques and are faithful to the typicity of Mâconnais and Côtes Chalonnaises wines.
