Calvados comes from the distillation (single or double) of cider obtained from apples from Normandy. The Pays d'Auge Calvados comes from apples from the Pays d'Auge. Calvados Domfrontais has the particularity of coming from apples from Domfrontais, but also from pears (for a minimum of 30%) .A great representative of Domfrontais is Calvados Lemorton.
