La Belle Dalle Blonde is Brasserie Noyon's signature beer, made from 100% barley grown on Mr Noyon's farm. This pale ale comes in different vintages, depending on the year and the plot of land where the barley was grown. Depending on the year, belle dalle offers a real complexity with malty, spicy or yeasty flavours. Pair belle dalle blonde with typical northern French dishes or a convivial aperitif.
