Cognac VSOP
A VSOP Cognac is a Cognac that has spent at least 4 years in barrels
this barrel must be new or have contained only cognac, from April 1 following the harvest. Note that the cellar should only house cognacs with no other exception. A VSOP Cognac has already acquired a nice balance around woody notes, nuts and spicy nuts such as vanilla and can be consumed by itself, or on the rock or even with a splash of water. The barrels generally come from Limousin or the Tronçais forest.
