What is good about this brewery is that its two founders are teeming with ideas and it shows in their production. Rigor and inventiveness are the key words of this brewery born in 2006 in Blaringhem and which opened a second site in Merville in 2019, a larger, more modern, more eco-responsible site. The proof is the installation of a silo outside the brewery. This silo receives the organic waste produced by the brewery, it is regularly removed and incorporated into a local methanizer in order to supply the Biogas network, the same Biogas that the brewery uses. The circle is complete !!
