The Bulleit brand produces Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey which belongs to the Diageo LVMH group. What characterizes Bulleit is its very high rye content (Rye in English) which makes us talk about Rye Wiskey with regard to Bulliet. Aging in casks previously "caramelized" by burning lasts at least 6 years. The production of these Bourbons marked by rye is ensured by Four Roses in Lawrenceburg in Kentucky. Bulleit's green label has more rye (95%) than the orange label (30% rye). The Bulleit brand experienced a renaissance in the 1980s as it was relaunched by Ton Bulleit, which took over the recipe from his great-grandfather Augustus Builleit.
