Bernard and Rosemary Walsh rely on all the Irish distilleries to compose the range of Irish whiskey The Irishman, starting with the essential Midlton then Bushmills, but on June 21, 2016 they opened the doors of their own distillery in the county of Carlow , the Walsh Whiskey Company distillery.
Since 2006 The Irishman Irish Whiskey offers Blends and Single Malts and Single Pot Still (50% malted barley and 50% unmalted barley)
The whiskeys are distilled 3 times which is very classic in Ireland, and this triple distillation gives these Irish Whiskeys a lot of sweetness.
