Croix Belle Côtes de Thongue

Côtes de Thongue, this poorly known appellation.

You will not taste a Côtes de Thongue, an appellation from Languedoc, but a wine from Domaine de la Croix Belle. Since the 1970s the estate has been in constant search of the latest technical wine improvements with a view to constant improvement. This quest can be found in the bottles offered by the Croix Belle.

This result was achieved through a total re-grape variety at the beginning of the 1980s, a drastic drop in yields to improve the quality of the juices and finally manual harvests at optimum maturity.
From the first cuvées, you will taste generous, dense reds with supple tannins and lively and slightly acidic rosés.
